Dolls can become celebrities, as well as dolls are made in the image of celebrities. But which celebrities have become doll collectors and admirers of art? There's a long list. Of course - creative dolls are a kind of modern art and they somehow belong together. Here are a few of them....

One of my favorite collectors is of course Demi Moore – a very famous American actress. She has been collecting art dolls for a long time; her collection includes 3,000 art dolls and is insured for the amount of 2 million dollars. The collector owns a house that is dedicated just to her dolls.

Marie Osmond - television presenter, singer and dancer. This celebrity with huge charisma features a collection of 700 dolls. After all, she is the author of the collection of dolls. You can see them on her own site.

Anita Pointer – the Sisters Pointers singer became a collector of long-AA (African American) and other black dolls.

Courtney Love - the singer is a collector of antique miniature Liddle Kiddles.

Annette Funicello - is an actress and singer, well-known American star, which became the star of Disney studio and she was declared a Disney legend. In 1961, The Uneeda Doll Company produced a doll after her. She herself is the owner of a magnificent collection of art dolls and Teddy bears.

Singer Britney Spears also has a doll made after herself. It is sold in Mattel's dealership network.

John Wayne - actor, was an avid collector of dolls throughout his life. Also, there are several dolls based on him which are made by different manufacturers.
